CFA Preparation

MSB is the first institution in Tunisia and the Maghreb region to be recognized by the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, CFA ® Institute, which is the premier global association for investment management professionals that sets the standard for excellence in the investment industry.

The Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) qualification for finance and investment professionals in the world. Employers and media around the world praise the CFA® designation. It allows its holders to practice across international borders.

The CFA® charter is often listed by hiring firms as a prerequisite for highest paying jobs in Finance. It is demanded by regulators, financial institutions and private and public corporations around the world.

MSB offers the possibility to prepare for the CFA® Certification through its part-time MBM Program as well as its CFA Preparation Program.

The courses are organized from November 30^th, 2024 to the end of July 2025.

• Free second enrollment for unsuccessful candidates upon the fulfillment of accepted criteria (i.e. average grade in the 3 mock exams should be >=60%)
• Possibility of joining the MSB Community as a part-time or visiting instructor

To become a CFA® Charterholder, the candidate has to successfully pass 3 exams (Level I, Level II, and Level III)

The course of study is composed of ten topic areas and is organized into three levels. Each level requires passing a six-hour exam. The program curriculum increases in complexity as you move through the three levels:

The CFA® Preparation program at MSB’s enrollment requirements are:

• Passing an English exam with a minimum score of 70 percent
• Holding a licence Degree, a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Passing an admission interview

NB: SMU alumni are not required to pass an English exam.
