Obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Literature, and Civilization from the University of Arts and Human Sciences of Manouba in Tunisia. After her Master’s degree in Human Rights and Democratization from the Faculty of Law of the University of Malta, she worked at the Arab Institute for Human rights then for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. She has been teaching since 2006.
