Dean of the Undergraduate Program at Hult International Business School in Boston and has also served as dean in both the London and San Francisco campuses.
His professional experiences outside academia included managing his own marketing consultancy company in London and has over the years carried out consultancy assignments for several organizations including Coca Cola, Barclays Bank and The British Council, among others. Prior to setting up his consultancy, he worked as Group Marketing Director (West Africa) for the French multinational firm Cement Françoise. He has also served as Acting Chief Executive Officer for The Gambia Mineral Water Company.
Mo is a graduate of the universities of Oxford, Cranfield University School of Management, ISM and is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He teaches marketing and strategy courses and won Professor of the Year for seven consecutive years 2012-2018. He was voted for and selected by Poets & Quants as one of the Top 50 Global Business Professors in 2020. His book Essentials of Contemporary Marketing is published by Bloomsbury Business.
