The Mediterranean School of Health (MSH) part of the South Mediterranean University (SMU) invites applications for hospital assistant professors/assistant professors starting in September 2024. The school is seeking professors to teach topics in undergraduate nursing and medical imaging programs: such as Anatomy, Pediatric Nursing, Immunology, Histology, Genetics, Physiology
The successful candidate will join a collegial, engaged team of faculty and professional staff in a school offering programs in nursing and medical imaging and radio therapy.
Responsibilities:
Delivering lectures and practical sessions in nursing related topics
Mentoring and advising students on academic and career-related matters.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance curriculum development.
Participating in departmental and institutional committees and contributing to scholarly activities.
Profile
Doctoral degree in Medicine, or equivalent
Proven experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
Ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies for both classroom and clinical settings.
