Syrine Ayadi

Syrine Ayadi is currently a lecturer of Business Law at Mediterranean School of Business. Before joining MSB, Ms. Ayadi worked as legal consultant in business law with several Tunis based law firms and provided legal consultancy services in corporate law and nonprofit law sector. She also provided legal consultancy for several international organizations such as OECD, UNWOMEN, and CAWTAR in the field of gender equality and good governance. She served as Grants Administrator with the Assistance Unit team at the Political Department of the U.S Embassy Tunis to create and maintain a calendar of application and reporting deadlines for new and existing grants and cooperative agreements, coordinate site visits with funders and prepare program staff for site visits. Ms. Ayadi studied Leadership and Public speaking course at  Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, New York, in the U.S (2012) and was part of a research team on a  research project about the oversight of the legislative, executive and judicial branches of power in Tunisia, and other MENA countries at the  International Program Department of the National Conference of States Legislatures (“NCSL”), a bipartisan non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Washington DC (U.S). Ms. Ayadi graduated in legal sciences from the faculty of legal and political sciences of Tunis. She holds a master’s degree in Common Law from the same faculty, and she holds a second-level professional master’s degree in Private European Law from the faculty of law, University of Rome (Italy) “La Sapienza”. Currently, she is enrolled in a PhD program and her doctoral thesis research focus on a comparative approach of political dimension on social media and politics. Syrine is a cat lover.
