Dr. Steven Poelmans is professor of Leadership and Organizational Neuroscience at Antwerp Management School (AMS). He holds a M. Organizational Psychology, M. Marketing Management, Ph.D. Management, and Postgraduate in Neuroscience of Leadership. He is the founder of the NeuroTrainingLab™, a neuroscience-based leadership development methodology. Dr. Poelmans has twenty years of teaching experience at seven business schools in three continents, teaching organizational behavior, managerial communication, cross-cultural management, (neuro)/leadership, and coaching. He is author of the book “Paradoxes of Leadership”, editor of five academic books, several dozens of articles in peer-reviewed journals, and more than 30 book chapters.
