Dr Nihel Ben Youssef is Assistant professor in Cybersecurity in ISI (Higher Institute of Computer Science) with more than 15 years of professional experience.

IEEE Tunisia industry ambassador since 2017.
Member of IEEE R8(Europe, Middle East Africa) AFI (Action for industry) committee in 2022, leading Industry Events & Initiatives.
Co-founder and mentor of SecuriNets Association since 2003
She received honorary awards such as;
Elected among Top 50 Women in Cybersecurity in Africa in 2020 ,
Top Women Cyber Security Thought Leaders by Women in cybersecurity Middle East in 2021,
Outstanding achievement award from IEEE Tunisia Section in 2019.
Best industry Ambassador in IEEE R8 in 2021 from AFI committee.
She has participated within National Security strategies working group committees
organized by ICT ministry and National Cybersecurity Agency;
She has got international professional certifications such as GCDF(Global Career Development Facilitator) Certified Counselor from Certified by CCE (Center for Credentialing and Education)., TPMA Trainer by LPI & IFC (Learning Professional Institute and international finance corporation), LPIC3 Linux security, EC-Council security certifications and IBM Cybersecurity instructor.
