Miguel Pina e Cunha (PhD Tilburg University) is the Amélia de Mello Foundation Professor of Leadership at Nova School of Business and Economics, in Lisbon, Portugal. He wrote The virtues of leadership (with Arménio Rego and Stewart Clegg, Oxford University Press, 2012) and Positive Organizational Behavior (Routledge, 2019).
