Miguel Pina e Cunha (PhD Tilburg University) is the Amélia de Mello Foundation Professor of Leadership at Nova School of Business and Economics, in Lisbon, Portugal. He published in major journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Human Relations, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies and Organization Studies. His recent books include Positive organizational behavior (Routledge, 2020), Elgar introduction to organizational paradox theory (Elgar, 2021), Elgar Introduction to Designing Organizations (2022) and The Routledge Companion to Improvisation in Organizations.
