Mhamed Ben Salah holds a Ph.D. in Development Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. He used to teach Mathematics, Statistics and Microeconomics for 4 years at the Graduate Institute and has been teaching Micro and Macroeconomics at SMU since September 2023. He is also currently working as an Economist at the World Bank (STC).
His research interests lie in the area of development economics, economic history, education, conflicts, political economy, competition and market concentration.
