An English instructor with ten years of experience in higher education teaching and eight years in corporate communication training. She holds a master's degree in Business English as well as a second master's degree in Intercultural Studies. Her diverse academic career includes seven years at Tunis Business School, where she taught students at various levels, from freshmen to seniors. She also spent one year at ESPRIT School of Engineering and one year at University Centrale, teaching in the postgraduate MBA program. During her time at TBS, she helped organize and supervise job fairs, served as the team leader of the Enactus club, and was the faculty advisor for Rotaract TBS. Additionally, she implemented and facilitated the Soliya online exchange program, aimed at improving students' intercultural communication skills. Ms. Gasmi’s dedication to her students' progress was recognized when she won the ERASMUS+ MENA Prize for Excellence in Connect Program Implementation in 2020.
