Biography

Dr  Ioannis  Thanos  is  Senior  Lecturer  in  Strategic  Management and deputydirector of the Mergers and Acquisitions instituteat Lancaster University Management School (LUMS), Lancaster University, UK. Hehas been voted from students and hasreceived teaching awards inthree different universities: Lancaster University (Lancaster University, 2016,  2017),  University  of  Glasgow  (2014,  2015)  and  University  of Athens (2018). He has received and been shortlisted for several other research  (e.g.,  Journal  of  Strategy  and  Management  best  paper award,  Strategic  Management  Society  best  conference  paper award) and has widely published in leading academic journals.He is Associate Editor of the European Management Journal.
