Imen Gannouni, is an assistant professor, coach, trainer and an HR consultant. She started her career as an assistant professor at FSEGN before shifting to project management with the Arab Institute of Business Leaders (IACE) where she started working as a research and studies officer. With IACE, she started managing projects. In 2017, Imen received her Ph.D degree from the Higher Institute of Management of Tunis (ISGT) in Human Resource Management. In 2018, Started working with the German Business School. In 2019, as the program manager and the head of faculty, she launched the Bachelor of Business Administration program and contributed to its accreditation in 2020 along with the re-accreditation of the MBA program by FIBAA (the German Accreditation foundation). All along her career, Imen kept being an active researcher and lecturer as she kept delivering courses and involving in academic writings and publications. To push forward her human resource management capacities, she received an ICF ACC coaching training and got certified in 2019. Since then, she participated to coaching and consulting activities with the Excellentia International Institute.
