Licence in Computer Science

MedTech’s Licence in Computer Science seeks to meet the dual objective of ensuring a solid basic training in fundamental areas, such as mathematics and programming, as well as specifics of Computer Engineering. The program helps students to develop a broad spectrum of skills required for pursuing advanced studies or initiating their professional careers.

Program Objectives:

• Core Competency: Equip students with technical and/or professional skills and knowledge of fundamental concepts in computer science, including software development, database management, and information systems.
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Develop students' ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Professional Skills and Lifelong Learning: Prepare students for successful careers in the computer science industry and academia by enhancing their professional skills.
• Practical Application and Industry Readiness: Ensure that students gain practical experience through projects, and internships.

Given limited capacity, MedTech admission criteria are highly selective.

Requirements include strong academic qualifications, proficiency in the English language, and a successful face-to-face interview with MedTech Faculty. 

The Licence in Computer Science opens wide doors for the graduates of the program to the industry as well as to pursuing research Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, as well as Business Computing.

This program aims to develop skilled computer science bachelors that are able to design, analyze, evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain computer systems. Prospective professions include IT Designer, IT Developer, Database Administrator.
